These General Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties related to the online sale of products and services offered by Cacautours STP, LDA. These General Terms of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales of Products made through the Company's Internet sites, which are an integral part of the Agreement between Buyer and Seller. 3.3 The service cancellation period is calculated from the date we receive a written request from our office. No verbal request will be considered. To determine the cancellation period, the day of departure will not be counted.

4.1 - Stays with accommodation and car rental
At any time prior to departure, the Customer may increase the value of their stay, either by adding activities or by extension without cancellation. We do not charge fees if applicable. However, Cacautours STP does not guarantee that such modifications can be made within twenty days of departure. The customer who modifies the total value of the purchased package will have to pay the fines mentioned in point 3.2, in the same proportions as if it were a cancellation.

No refunds will be required for any unused service during the trip (eg unused mileage during car rental, day (s) unused car rental, meal not consumed, nights at unused accommodation, activity for which participant arrived late and could not fully practice it, ...).


We strongly recommend that clients take out insurance against the risks generally associated with traveling abroad, particularly with regard to medical and hospitalization expenses, medical repatriation, loss of luggage, liability and cancellation of travel.
